CADMATIC Ship Design Engineer
We are looking for experienced CADMATIC Ship Design Engineers to support shipbuilding and marine engineering projects. The candidate should have practical experience in 3D modelling, engineering design, equipment arrangement, and production drawings using CADMATIC software.
Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D models for ship structures, piping, and outfitting systems using CADMATIC.

Prepare equipment layouts, machinery arrangements, and piping layouts.

Perform routing of piping systems, including equipment connections.

Develop structural modelling and outfitting arrangements.

Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and isometric drawings.

Perform clash detection and model reviews.

Generate MTOs, BOMs, and other engineering deliverables.

Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable marine standards.
Required Technical Skills
-
CADMATIC Hull / Outfitting / Piping modules.

3D modelling and engineering drawing preparation.

Shipbuilding and marine engineering fundamentals.
-
Knowledge of piping components, equipment, and supports.
-
Understanding of marine piping systems and equipment arrangements.
-
Knowledge of classification society requirements is an advantage.
Qualification
-
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine, Naval Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
Preferred Experience
-
Shipbuilding and offshore engineering projects.

FPSO, offshore platforms, and marine vessel projects.

Experience with engineering deliverables and model reviews.
