Frequently asked questions
What is the role of a PMC?
A PMC manages the project on behalf of the owner: it plans and controls cost and schedule, reviews and approves contractor work, manages interfaces and change, and reports progress and risks to the owner.
How is progress measured?
Using earned value: each deliverable and activity is weighted, and physical progress is compared with the planned baseline to produce S-curves, performance indices (SPI / CPI) and forecasts.
Which planning tools do you use?
Primavera P6 for integrated scheduling, with MS Project, Excel and Power BI-type dashboards for reporting where appropriate.
Can you provide individual specialists?
Yes. We can second planners, cost engineers, project engineers, discipline leads or document controllers to the owner or contractor team.
Do you support EPC contractors as well as owners?
Yes. For EPC contractors we provide project controls, engineering management and interface coordination.
Ready to start your next project?
